I have been so busy at work that I have actually been having panic attacks about the workload. And that’s despite the fact that I enjoy my job! But at the moment there is just no time for anything fun – like blogging.
So I’m sad to say that I was sent a lovely gift by the wonderful people at Amarula a few weeks ago, and am only now finding a minute to thank them.
As you have all gathered, I LOVE Amarula – it’s creamy booziness is just delicious over ice, but I also find it quite inspiring as a cooking ingredient. Here are two of my creations, if you haven’t seen them already:
Amarula Malva Pudding and Amarula Coconut Ice
Both are really good. So because of these recipes, the Amarula people kindly sent me this:
How lucky am I??? I love the lantern! It’s gone into the caravan already, and I can’t wait to use it when we camp. The bottle of Amarula was opened yesterday evening, and the inspiration has started…watch this space!!

I am also busy planning and preparing for a trip to the Kruger Park…SO EXCITED!!!!!! But in the meantime, I hoping to sneak in a few posts this week…. 🙂
